摘要
本文利用正交试验研究了添加剂及烧结温度对SrTio3-PbTiO3-Bi2 O3·3Tio3基高压瓷介电容器材料介电性能的影响。正交试验的结果表明 :最佳添加量分别是CaTio3为 2 .0 %、MnO2 为 0 .0 2 %、Nb2 O5为 0 .1 %、SiO2 为 0 .1 % ,烧结温度为 1 2 2 0℃ ,材料的介电性能为 :εr=1 740、tgδ =6× 1 0 4 、Eb =1 1 .1kv/mm。
The effect of additives and sintering temperature on SrTiO\-3-PbTiO\-3-Bi\-2O\-3·3TiO\-2 ceramics for high voltage capacitors have been studied by orthogonal design in this paper.The result indicated that the optimal content of CaTiO\-3\,MnO\-2\,Nb\-2O\-5\,SiO\-2 is 2.0%\,0.02%\,0.1%\,0.1% respectively,materials of high voltage capacitors sintered at 1220℃ were obtained with the dielectric properties:εr=1740\,tgδ=6×10\+\{-4\}\,Eb=11.1kv/mm.
