摘要
在某橡胶机械厂产品 4 5″双模轮胎硫化机横梁的结构优化设计中 ,采用了 ANSYS与导重准则法相结合的优化方法 ,既发挥了结构分析商用软件 ANSYS有限元建模、分析求解、结果输出方便的优势 ,又利用了结构优化设计导重准则法优化效果好、收敛快的优越性 ,一般只需约 5到 7次优化迭代计算即可得到十分显著的优化效果 ,大大提高了设计效率与设计质量 .
In the process of structure optimization design of the 45″ dual tire vulcanizer beam for a rubber machine factory,the combination of ANSYS and Guide-Weight Criterion Method are used.This method not only exert the advantage of commercial FEA software ANSYS that finite element modeling, analyzing and solving, result outputting is convenient, but also take advantage of Guide-Weight Criterion Method that has good effective and quickly convergent, generally can attain very distinct effect only five to seven iteration. It greatly improves efficiency and quality of design.
