摘要
苹果冷藏是从收获到销售的重要环节,本文观察多种苹果在冷藏期压缩性能的变化,可全面了解苹果的后熟过程和该过程品种间的差异,还讨论了不同试验方法对结果的影响。
The chilled Storage of apple is one of the Key linkS in maintaining the fruit chain from the harvest to the consumption. Observing the change of the compressive property of apple during the chilling period made it possible to understand the process of apple postripeness and the variance of this process between varieties. The influence of different experimental methods on the result were discussed in this papar.
