家禽锰源生物利用率评定及其生物学试验依据 被引量:3

摘要 短期内朴饲高锰饲粮,以高锰组织摄入法研究鸡锰源生物利用率具有充分生物学试验依据,该法具有以下优势:1.使用常规饲粮,使动物充分获得遗传生长潜力,2.降低饲料和样品的污染,3.采用原子吸收法敏感而精确地评定组织锰浓度,最佳生物分析是3周龄,胫骨是最敏感的生物测定组织,该法已用于动物或其它微量元素源生物利用率的评定。 High dietary manganese concentration were fed for short periods of time. High manganese method of tissue uptake in investigation bioavailability of manganese souces in poultry possessed fully biological experimental bases. This method possessed certain advantages: a) using Conventional diets would allow maximum genetic growth potential of the animals to be expressed, b) To decrease the Contaminations of diets and samples, c) AAS method is more sensitive and accurate to evaluate tissue manganese concentrations than chemical one. It appeared that the 3wk age of poutry would be the best time for assessment, and tibia bone is the most sensitive tissue of biological measurements. The bioassay had been used in the investigation of bioavailability of other animals or supplemental microelements sources.
