摘要
介绍了水煤浆加压气化适宜的煤种、对煤质的要求和煤质对Texaco气化装置运行的影响及其选择适应性。论述了Texaco煤气化工艺要求的最关键因素是煤灰的熔融性、腐蚀性、粘温特征和煤的成浆性、反应性等。提出了煤质评价及优化开发原料煤的方法。介绍了配煤、配焦在Texaco煤气化工艺中应用的新技术。分析了陕西渭化、山东鲁化的Texaco煤气化装置原料煤的开发及试验过程 ,总结了开发经验 。
A description is given of the effect of coal appropriate for coal water slurry gasification under pressure, requirements of coal quality and coal quality on the operation of the Texaco gasifier and the adaptation of choice. The process requirements of the Texaco coal gasification are discussed, and the key factors are the coal ash fusibility, corrosiveness and viscosity temperature characteristic as well as the slurrying property and reactivity of coal. Methods for coal quality assessment and optimization of raw coal exploitation are presented. A new technology is described for coal or coke blending to be used in the Texaco coal gasification process. The exploitation and testing procedure of raw coal are analyzed for the Texaco coal gasifiers at Shanxi Weinan Fertilizer Plant and Shandong Lunan Fertilizer Plant, and the exploitation experiences are summed up, thereby providing the theoretical basis and selection method for the exploitation of raw coal to be used industrially in the Texaco coal gasifier.
