摘要
研究了提高低硬度硅橡胶硫化胶撕裂强度的配方。结果表明,在甲基乙烯基硅橡胶中加入20~30份(质量份,下同)新型气相法白炭黑,将4份羟基硅油和0.4~0.8份二苯基硅二醇并用为结构控制剂,选用0.5~0.7份2.5-双(叔丁基过氧化)-2,5己烷作为硫化剂,可获得低硬度下撕裂强度达15~20kN/m的硅橡胶硫化胶。
The formulating of recipe for increasing the tear strength of low hardness silicone rubber was studied.The results showed that the low hardness silicone rubber vulcanizate with a tear strength of 15~20 kN/m was prepared by adding a new fumed silica into the methyl vinyl silicone rubber,with 4 phr of hydroxy silicone oil and 0.5~0.7 phr of 2,5-bis(tert-butyl peroxy)-2,5-dimethyl hexane(DBPMH) as vulcanizing agent.
