摘要
研究了偶联程度为0~100%的SSBR的物理机械性能和动态力学性能。结果表明,随偶联程度的增高,SSBR的强伸性能提高,宏观动态生热降低。部分偶联结构与全偶联结构试样具有不同的分子运动机理。增加线型分子的质量分数有利于改善混炼胶的粘性流动特性,偶联程度高的试样的硫化胶具有低的损耗角正切(tanδ),偶联程度的提高降低了胶料的动态性能对使用条件的敏感性。偶联程度在60%~80%时具有较佳的综合性能。
The mechanical and dynamic properties of tin-coupled SSBR with 0-100% of coupling degree were studied. The results showed that with the increase of coupling degree of SSBR the strength and elongation increased and dynamic heat build-up reduced. Compared with all coupled SSBR, the partly coupled SSBR behaved different molecular movement mechanism. The flow properties of SSBR compounds were improved with reducing the coupling degree of SSBR. SSBR vulcanizate with 100% of coupling degree had the smallest tan δ and the lowest dynamic properties dependent on applied conditions. The sample with 60%-80% of coupling degree behaved the good performance characteristics for tire tread rubber applied.
