摘要 短蛋白聚糖 (brevican)是一种中枢神经系统特有的硫酸软骨素蛋白聚糖 ,是脑内最丰富的细胞外基质分子之一。Brevican的表达仅限于中枢神经系统 ,在神经发育和脑损伤后胶质增生过程中均有明显增高。近来的研究表明 ,brevican在脑胶质瘤中有高度特异的表达并与其侵袭性相关 。
