时间之矢的遗忘使人们相信科学会给定我们一个美好的确定的未来 ,使我们不再反思科技或缺乏反思科技的能力 ,从而带来科技风险意识的严重失落。普利高津将时间之矢纳入对自然科学的描述之中 ,揭示了科学规律的概率性本质 ,从而也就揭示了科技风险的不可避免性 。
Forgetting vector of time often convinces people that science will surely create us a definite promising future. But this could make us not to rethink of the ability of science and technology any more or lack of its introspection. And then it will cause serious loss about the consciousness of ventures in science and technology. Here Ilya Prigogine brings vector of time into the description of natural science and it reveals the probabilistic essence of scientific laws and the inevitability of ventures to exist even if we conduct in the light of scientific laws.
