摘要
通过 1 3个主要优质小麦品种比较试验 ,济南 1 7产量很高 ,为优质专用面包小麦。淮麦1 8产量很高 ,为超高产小麦 ,适合于生产高级面条粉。扬麦 9号、宁麦 9号产量高 ,为优质饼干小麦。安农 92 484产量较高 ,为面包小麦。扬麦 1 5 8、皖麦 3 8、宁麦 8号产量中等 ,为蒸煮类小麦。
Thirteen main good quality wheat varieties are compared, the results show that Jinan 17 with good quality and quite high yield is suitable for bread special use; Huaimai 18 with super high yield is fit to produce top grade noodle flour; Yangmai 9 and Ningmai 9 with high yield and good quality are special for biscuit; Annong 92484 with higher yield are used for bread; Yangmai 158, Wanmai 38 and Ningmai 8 with middle yield are used for steaming and stewing; the yield of other varieties are lower.
