鸡传染性贫血疫苗免疫母鸡后子代雏鸡的免疫学变化 被引量:2

Immunological Changes of Chicks from Chicken Infectious Anemia(cia) Vaccinated Hens

摘要 应用免疫学新技术对鸡传染性贫血( CIA)疫苗免疫母鸡后 ,其子代雏鸡外周血液和免疫器官组织及局部体液的免疫学变化进行了动态研究。结果表明 :CIA疫苗免疫母鸡后 ,其子代雏鸡外周血液 T、B细胞数量和 Ig G、Ig M、Ig A含量及免疫器官组织的 T细胞和Ig G、Ig M、Ig A抗体生成细胞以及泪液、气管液、胆汁、肠液的 Ig A、Ig M、Ig G含量均不同程度地高于未免疫的相应对照雏鸡 ,表明 CIA疫苗免疫母鸡后 ,其子代雏鸡全身的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能明显增强。而 CIAV强毒攻击后 ,未免疫的子代雏鸡 ,其外周血液和免疫器官组织及局部体液的上述各项指标均明显低于疫苗免疫的子代雏鸡。 This experiment was undertaken dynamic study of immunological changes in the peripheral blood, immune organs or tissues and local fluid of chicks from hens vaccinated with chicken infectious anemia (CIA) vaccine using the new technique of immunology. The results were as follows:The number of T, B lymphocytes and the content of immunoglobin IgG, IgM, IgA in the peripheral blood of chicks from hens vaccinated with CIA vaccine increased significantly in comparison with those of non immunized control. The number of T cell, IgG, IgM, IgA antibody producing cells in the immune organs or tissues and the content of the IgG?IgM?IgA in the tear, trachea fluid, bile , intestinal fluid of the chicks from CIA vaccinated hens. significantly added comparison with those of non vaccinated controls. These results showed that function of humoral immune and cellular immune of peripheral blood, immune organs and tissues or local fluid of chicks from hens vaccinated with CIA vaccine could be markedly enhanced. Post challenged of filial generation chicks from hens with chicken infectious anemia virus (CIAV) ,the above mentioned every items, in the peripheral blood , immune organs and tissues or local fluid of chicks from hens no vaccinated with CIA vaccine were lowered than those of vaccinated challenged chicks.
