知识经济时代的到来要求成人高等教育将培养创新人才作为自己的主要目标。成人教育应转变观念 ,提高教师的素质 ,对课程体系和教学方法进行改革 ,利用新的教学手段 。
In the Era of Knowledge Economy, Main aim of the Adult Education is to foster talented person. Adult Education ought to change the sense and enhance the quality of the teacher, reform teaching method and utilize new teaching means.
