摘要
通过对美国医疗保健制度改革的原因、措施以及取得的成效的研究 ,旨在探讨美国医疗保健从自由企业性的卫生服务系统向政府组织多种医疗保健项目等方式进行宏观管理的过程和对各项制度的成效与利弊进行分析 ,以求对我国从计划经济向市场经济转轨后 ,医疗保健制度的改革提供借鉴。
This paper discussed the reason, measures and success of the reform of medical health care in USA. The paper also discussed the procedure of health care system changing from free market to macro-management by government and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different systems to provide some references for the reform of medical insurance in our country after changing from planned economy to market economy.
