摘要
目的探讨阴茎头表皮细胞凋亡特征。方法利用活检的方法取患者的阴茎头表皮 ,进行透射电镜样品的制备和观察。结果阴茎头表皮细胞出现染色质凝集、固缩 ,细胞收缩变扁 ,细胞连接解体等细胞形态和结构的改变。结论阴茎头表皮细胞存在着细胞凋亡的一些形态学特征。
ObjectiveTo explore the character of apoptosis in epidermal cell glans.MethodsThe ultrastructure of epidermis of glans was observed with electron microscopy.ResultsUltrastructurally,chromatin agglomeration,nucleus pycnosis,cell shrinkage and disassembly of cell junctions in epidermal cells of glans could be found.ConclusionCharacteristic ultrastructural changes of apoptosis existed in epidermal cells of glans.
