神经干细胞及其应用研究进展

摘要 近10余年对神经干细胞的研究取得了巨大进展,已经从啮齿类动物和人等哺乳动物的胎脑和成脑的多个部位分离、培养出了神经于细胞,并建立了多个神经干细胞系,为帕金森病等退行性老年疾病、中枢神经系统遗传代谢性疾病、脑脊髓损伤的修复及基因治疗提供了新的途径。本文就神经干细胞及其应用研究进展作简要综述。
