摘要
初夏,与长江流域人梅相对应的500hPa西太平洋副热带高压第一次北跳发生在100hPa青藏高压纬向振荡的某一特定趋势的时段上:当在30°N,80°E附近上空的青藏高压缓慢东移时。5天之内西太平洋副热带高压发生第一次北跳的可能性较大。
The first norththward jump of the western Northern Pacific Subtropical High corresponded to the beginning of the Plum Rains in the basin of the Yangtze River may be in the periods of the trend of the latitudinal oscillation of the Tibetan High in the upper troposphere. When the Tibetan High above the Tibetan plateau nearby the region of 30° N, 80° E eastward displaces at a low speed, the first northward jump of the subtropical high at 500hpa may occur during the periods of 5 days.
