摘要
合成了十个新的8-氨基喹啉新衍生物:MPAQ,APAQ,ATPAQ,CPAQ,HPAQ,IPAQ,NPAQ,MPTSQ,NPTSQ和ATPTSQ。产品经元素分析、红外光谱、纸色层鉴定。用光度法测定了MPTSQ,NPTSQ和APAQ的酸离解常数。开发了三个优良的钴和铜的优良荧光体系。
Ten new 8-aminoquinoline derivatives such as 5- ( 4-metho-xyphenylazo) -8-aminoquinoline (MPAO), 5- ( 4-arseniphenyhzo) -8-aminoquinoline ( APAQ) , 5- ( 4-acetylphenylazo) -8-aminoquinoline (ATPAQ), 5- ( 4-carboxylazo) -8-aminoquinoline ( CPAQ), 5- ( 4-hippuricazo) -8-aminoquinoline ( HPAQ), 5- ( 4-iodophenylazo) -8-aminoquinoline ( IPAQ), 5- ( 4-nitrophenylazo)-8-aminoquinoline ( NPAQ), 5- ( 4-nitrophenylazo) -8-( 4-toluenesulfonamido) -quinoline ( NPTSQ) , 5- ( 4-methoxyphenylazo) -8-( 4-toluenesulfonamido) -quinoline ( MPTSQ) , and 5- ( 4-acetylphenylazo) -8-(4-toluenesulfonamido) -quinoline ( ATPTSQ) were synthesized and characterized by IR and elemental analysis. The acid dissociation constants of MPTSQ, NPTSQ and APAQ were determined using spectrophotometric method. Three high sensitive methods of fluorimetric determination of Co (Ⅱ) and Cu (Ⅱ) , and methods of spectrophotometric determination of some metal ions were developed.
