工业废水中微量金的液膜法富集

The Concentration of Au(Ⅲ) from Wasted Water Containing Micro Au by Liquid Membrane Process

摘要 以p507为载体、span-80为表面活性剂,民用煤油为溶剂,硫氰化铵水溶液为内相可制成W/O(油包水)型乳状液膜。该体系对金浓度<1ppm的酸性溶液一次提取率在98%以上。同一份液膜可稳定连续工作10h以上,使内相解析液含金浓度>100ppm,实现废水中微量金的浓集。 Using P507 as ion-carrier, Span-80 as surface active agent, kerosene as membrane solvent and NH4SCN solution as internal phase, we have prepared W / O type liquid membrane. The experiment of extraction has shown that using this liquid membrane system to extract gold from its acidic solution which the concentration of Au(III) is<1ppm, the extraction efficency is up to above 98%, and the same membrane solution can be used continuously about 10 hours. Finally, the concentration of Au(III) in internal phase can be up to about 100ppm. The concentration of gold by this process is desirable.
