摘要
目的 :探讨陈旧性跟骨骨折的治疗方法。方法 :对 16例陈旧性跟骨骨折 (B hler角 <5 0 ,跟骨增宽≥ 3mm)采用跟骨外侧骨突切除 ,腓骨长短肌腱松解 ,跟骨楔形截骨并距下关节融合术 ,术后石膏外固定。结果 :根据天津医院骨科制定的评分标准 ,术前评分 35～ 6 3分 ,平均 4 8.5分 ,术后 9～ 32个月随访评分 6 7～ 91分 ,平均 79.3分 ,优良率 92 %。结论 :重症陈旧性跟骨骨折矫形治疗 ,疗效满意。
Objective: To discuss the operation of old calcaneal fracture.Method:16 patients with calcaneal old fractures(Bhler angle<5 0 calcaneal width increase≥3mm)were treated by cutting the calcaneal lateral spur and decompression of peroneus long and brevi muscle tendons and calcaneal wedge osteotomy and subtalar joint's fusion.After operation plaster immobilization was used.Result:According to the Tianjin hospital's rating scale,the preoperative scale were 35～63 points and the average scale were 48.5 points.Followed up 9 to 32 months the scale were 67～91 points and the average scale were 79.3 points.The rate of excellent and good clinical results were 92 percent.Conclusion:Orthotherapy is an effective and simple treatment of old calcaneal fractures.
