摘要
农民增收不仅事关农民利益 ,而且事关农村稳定 ,事关一个地区经济发展水平和现代化建设进程。本文通过对农民收入增长缓慢的原因分析 ,从调整农业结构、实施农业产业化经营、实现农业科技创新、大力转移农村劳动力、发展外向型农业、加快小城镇建设、活化农业政策机制等方面提出了农民增收的对策建议。
Increasing farmers' income is of vital importance not only to farmers' benifits and rural steadiness,but the process of an area's modernization and levels of economic development. This article, through the analysis on the causes for slow Increase of farmers' income, puts forward some countermeasures to increase their income from the following seven aspects:adjusting agricultural structure,exercising agricultural industralization, innovating in agricultural technology,shifting the rural labour force,developing export-oriented agriculture, speeding up the construction of small towns and vitalizing the system of agricultural policies.
