The Effect of Application of N Fertilizer on the Accumulation of Nitrate in Vegetables

摘要 本文通过田间试验,探讨了氮素化肥不同施量对6种绿叶菜及根茎菜体内硝酸盐积累量的影响.结果表明,氮素化肥的施用量与蔬菜体内硝酸盐的积累量呈显著或极显著正相关.通过氮肥施量与大白菜产量关系的试验,提出了大白菜的合理施氮量.通过氮、磷、钾肥配合施用试验,发现磷、钾肥,特别是钾肥对降低蔬菜体内硝酸盐积累有明显作用. This paper deals with the effect of application of N fertilizer on the accumulation of nitrate in 6 green and root vegetables in vivo. The result of experiments shows that there is significiant positive correlation between amounts of N applying and the accumulation of nitrate in vegetables in vivo.Through the experiment of the relation of the amounts of N fertilizer applying and the yield of Chinese cabbage the reasonable amount of N fertilizer is suggested. It was also found that K fertilizer and P fertilizer, especially K, plays an important part in decreasing the accumulation of nitrate in the vegetables in vivo, by the experiment of combinating application of N, P, K fertilizer.
