摘要
荧光光谱法研究了水溶液中 β 环糊精 (β CD)与聚氧乙烯辛基酚醚 (OP)的加合作用 .结果表明 :在等量 β CD存在下 ,由于 1∶1β CD∶OP二元加合物的形成 ,溶液中无胶束存在 .对比分析了 β CD空腔和OP分子 .因OP分子的极性头基团位于空腔外 ,加合物带有亲水性的极性端 ,有利于加合物在水溶液中的分散 ,提高了 β CD加合物的溶解度 .
The inclusion of β cyclodextrin with polyoxyethylene octylphenol ether was investigated by fluorescence spectra in combination with surface tension in aqueous solutions.Micelles are not present in the presence of excessive β CD due to 1∶1 inclusion complex formation of β CD with OP.The hydrophobic tail is incorporated into the cavity of β CD and the part outside the β CD cavity folds at the mouth of β CD cavity through hydrophobic interaction between phenyl group and β CD cavity and hydrogen bonding between hydroxyl groups at the edge of β CD and polyoxyethylene of OP.This results in the remarkable fluorescence quenching by B,the second vip which locates in the proximity of OP in the cavity of β CD.The inclusion complex carries a polar head group of OP and its solubility greatly increases in aqueous solution.
