摘要
在计划经济条件下,劳动力就业是国家经济发展长期、中期乃至短期计划的一项重要内容。作者把就业问题置于经济增长、体制转轨和产业结构调整背景之下,揭示当前中国失业产生的原因和性质,并尝试指出治理政策的方向。
Under planned economy, the problem of employment of laborers constituted an important part of China's long-term, medium-ranged and even short-term development plans for her economy.The author reveals in this article the causes and nature of the unemployment problem in current China against a background of economic growth, track shifting of the economic system and readjustment of the industrial set-up, and tries to point out the policy orientation for administration.
