摘要
重瓣榆叶梅(Prunus trilba var.plena Dipp.)是蔷薇科李亚属中的一种落叶花灌木。它具有开花早、花期长、花朵大、颜色纯正鲜艳等特点,是一种观赏价值很高的园林绿化、彩化树种。由于它雌雄蕊退化,不能正常结实,无法用种子实生繁殖,常规的扦插繁殖,成活率极低,无实用价值。在生产上,只能用分株和嫁接方法进行繁殖,但费工费时且繁殖效率很低,使重瓣榆叶梅的苗木生产受到限制。为此,作者自1984年开始进行绿枝扦插试验。 材料与方法 一、材料 插条的采剪。于6—7月,在苗圃内。
In this paper, the reproduction of green branch cuttings of prunus triloba var. plena , treated with plant growth hormone, is studied. The best effect result from treating half-matured branched with 500 ppm IBA for 5 -10 second was found from plenty of experiments by way of repeated comparisions, and the survival rate of cuttings was over 70%, The effect was satisfactory in real production and practice.
