摘要
从冀南地区某养鸡场患呼吸道疾病的病鸡群采集 5份样品 (气管和眶下窦分泌物 )中 ,同时分离到鸡毒支原体和副鸡嗜血杆菌两种病原体。通过病原的分离培养、细菌L型检验、生化试验、血清学试验等鉴定 ,证明分离的鸡毒支原体与国际标准株S6的血清型一致 ,副鸡嗜血杆菌的血清型为A型。动物试验表明 ,分离的鸡毒支原体和副鸡嗜血杆菌均具有明显的致病性 。
Two pathogens,Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) and Haemophilus parallinaum (HPG),were isolated and identified at the same time from 5 samples collected from the chickens infected with respiratory disease in the south area of Hebei Province.By pathogen isolation,L type bacterium test,biochemical test and serological reaction,the serotype of the isolates of MG was proved to be the same as that of MG_S6;and that of the isolates of HPG proved to be serotype A.Typical signs showed respectively in embryoanted eggs of 7 days experimentally infected by way of yolk sac with a strain of MG isolates and chickens of 110 days experimentally infected via the left infraorbital sinus with a strain of HPG isolates.The results indicated that these chickens were infected by MG and HPG mixedly.
