摘要
本试验对生姜不同品种、不同部位叶片的光合能力以及温度、光照等环境因素对生姜光合作用的影响进行了研究。结果表明,莱芜‘大姜’的光合速率高于莱芜‘片姜’。中部壮龄叶的光合作用最强,其次为基部叶,顶部嫩叶光合作用软弱。在22-24℃条件下,生姜单叶光合作用的适宜照度为20000-350001x。在光强为30000 1x时, 20—28℃,生姜光合作用较强,若温度过高,对光合作用不利。在生姜全生长过程中,其光合速率变化呈一单峰曲线。在旺盛生长季节,其光合作用的日变化,呈一双峰曲线,第一次高峰在上午9时前后,中午为一低谷,第二次高峰在16时左右。
This study was made on the photosynthetic characteristic and the effects of some environmental factors on the photosynthetic rate in ginger for finding out the scientific basis to increase their yield.
It was found that, the varieties with higher chlorophyll content showed a higher photosynthetic rate. The photosynthetic rate was the highest in the middle leaves and the lowest in the top leaves.
This experiment was shown that, the change trend of the photosyn-thetic rate showed a single peak curve during the entire process of growth of ginger and the change trend showed a double peak curve all a day.
It was also found that, the temperature from 20 ℃ to 28 ℃ was more favorable for photosynthesis in ginger. The temperature is above 30 ℃, the photosynthetic rate fell down rapidly. Light intensity of 5001x was found to be the lowest limit for the photosynthesis of ginger. Light intensity from 20000-35000 1x was favorable range for the photosyn-thesis.
