THE APPLICATIN OF MoSSBAUER EFFECT IN MEASUREMENT OF RETAINED AUSTENITE IN HIGH SPEED STEEL

摘要 本文首先应用透射 Mssbauer 法测定了一组标准样品中奥氏体的含量,并且从实验上得到了与已知含量相吻合的结果。然后用背散射 X 射线 M(?)ssbauer 法和 X 射线衍射法测量了一组不同热处理制度下 M_2高速钢中的残留奥氏体含量,两种方法的测量结果可相互比较. The transmission M(?)ssbauer effect was first applied to mea-sure the content of austenite in a series of standard specimen,The measured results were accordant with the known content approximately.The concentrationof retained austenite in a series of M2 high speed steel with different heat tr-eatment has studied by back-scattering X-ray M(o|¨)ssbauer spectroscopy and X-raydiffraction.It is known from experiment that the results obtained by the twomethods could be compared each other.
