摘要
运用微分几何中的切触原理,研究了在多轴数控机床中刀具切削圆与零件曲面的切触条件和局部坐标系下的局部3阶切触条件。通过引用切触阶来衡量刀具加工过程中的运动轨迹与将要被加工曲面的贴近程度,运用工件坐标系与刀具坐标系的相互转换,推导出刀具与被加工曲面的最佳切触条件。通过对车门曲面加工的验算和截形分析,证明运用5坐标加工要比运用3坐标及4坐标加工更贴切。
The tangent conditons between the cutter's cutting circle and the part surface and the local2nd order tangent conditions in the local coordinate system in multi -spindle numerical -controled machine are studied with the tangency principle in the differential geometry.Tangent order is used to indicate the approach degree between the movement trace of the cutter during cutting process and the surface to be machined.Transformations between the part coordinate system and the cutter coordinate system are used to induce the optimal tangent conditions between the cutter and the surface to be machined.It is proved that the four-coordinate machine has better approach degree than the three-coordinate machine by checking computation and cross section shape analysis of vehicle door surface.
