摘要
运用等级系数法系统研究道路交通安全状态 ,并进行实例分析与论证 ,为道路交通安全等级的科学测定提供了一种简便实用的方法 。
Using grade coefficient method, this paper studies the safety level of road, and provides a simple and convenient way for scientific measure road safety grade. It also gives a scientific basis for improving the road safe management.
