摘要:针对两端刚性支承的Jeffcott转子,建立了碰摩转子的非线性弯扭耦合振动微分方程。以质量偏心为控制参数,分别对碰摩转子的弯振和扭振特性进行了数值仿真分析。结果证明:质量偏心对转子弯振和扭振特性影响非常明显,质量偏心越大,转子运动越复杂。当质量偏心较小时,碰摩转子主要出现1/2X、1/3X、1/4X和1/5X等分频振动,当质量偏心较大时,碰摩转子将出现拟周期和混沌运动。同时,弯振和扭振分叉图可分为四个运动区,质量偏心对这四个运动区的影响各不相同。文中也揭示了弯振与扭振间的相互作用关系,发现:扭振不但具有与弯振基本相似的运动特征,而且有抑制转子弯振复杂运动的能力。这些振动特征为碰摩转子的状态识别与诊断提供了一条新思路。
Aimed at a Jeffcott rotor system with rigid support, the nonlinear differential equations of coupled bending and torsional vibrations of a rubbing rotor is established. Taken mass eccentricity as control parameter, the numerical simula-tion used to analyse the characteristic of bending and torsional vibrations is accomplished. It is shown that torsional and bending vibrations are all strongly influenced by mass eccentricity. The more large mass eccentricity is, the more complex rotor motion is. As mass eccentricity is small, the frequency spectrum of rubbing rotor contains 1/2X, 1/3X, 1/4X and 1/5X components mainly. As mass eccentricity is large, quasi-periodic and chaotic motion will be present. The bifurcation diagrams of bending and torsional vibrations can be divided into four zones which have different influence of mass eccentricity. The relation between bending and torsional vibration is revealed in this paper. And it is discovered that the motion characteristic of torsion is similar with that of bending vibration and torsion can restrain the complex motion of bending vibration. Nonlinear vibration characteristics revealed in this paper are significant to the condition monitoring and diagnosis of the rotor system.
