基于超程时间和吸合时间建模的继电器双变量寿命预测方法的研究 被引量:37

摘要 继电器寿命是表征继电器可靠性的重要指标,超程时间和吸合时间是表征继电器寿命的重要特性参数。继电器触点在开断和闭合过程中,由于电弧等的侵蚀作用造成触点的电磨损。随着触点电磨损的增加,触点的厚度逐渐减少,造成超程时间减小,吸合时间增大。针对现行的继电器可靠性寿命试验方法中存在的问题:① 抽样试验概率统计方法估计电寿命的可靠度较低;② 试验周期长,耗费人力、物力及电能;③ 试验是破坏性的。文中提出了基于超程时间和吸合时间建模的继电器双变量寿命预测方法, 建立了趋势项时间序列预测数学模型和平稳项时间序列预测数学模型,并对两种预测数学模型进行了参数辨识。实验结果表明,该方法是有效的。 The life of the relay is a major index to indicate the reliability of relay. Super-path time and pick-up time are important characteristic parameters to indicate the life of relay. During the course of open and close of relays contact, the erosion effect of arc caused electrically damaged to contacts of relay. With the increment of contact erosion, the thickness of contact decreases, causes super-path time shorter and pick-up time longer. Aimed at existing problems of current relay reliability life test method: ① The method of statistic probabi-lity of sample test to estimate the electric life of relay is not so reliable; ② The test cycle is long, and much manpower and material resource and power are wasted; ③ The test is destructive. A method of double-variable life forecasting based on model-building of super-path time and pick-up time for relays is present and the life forecasting mathematical models of trend time series and stable time series are built in this paper. The results of the experiments prove this method is valid.
