摘要
在知识经济到来的时代,人才竞争成为国际竞争的核心,加强科技人才队伍建设已成为当务之急。怎样做好人才资源的管理,首先要突出专业技术拔尖人才管理的重点;其次要面向未来,构筑科技人才梯队;第三要建立和完善发挥科技人才作用的有效机制。
Since knowledge economy emerged, the competition of the talented has dominated the international competition . Therefore, it s urgent to strengthen the construction of the qualified technological personnel. In order to manage well the resource of the talented, it s primary to highlight the elites of the talented. Secondly, it's necessary to form the stratifications of the technological personnel in the face of the future. Thirdly, it's necessary to establish and perfect the mechanism by which the personnel easily are effective.
