摘要
本文用有限单元法对剪切梁式传感器的应力状态、变形状态进行了初步分析。得出了盲孔底部的剪应力分布;盲孔底部的最大剪应力的等剪应力区;盲孔庙部的主应力和主应力倾角分布。根据计算分析,提出了传感器较合理的结构形式及电阻应变片的粘贴部位与方向。
By using the finite elemnt calculation method, a preliminary analysis of stress and deformation states of a shear-beam-type sensor is made; its reasonable form of structure and the proper location and size range of resistance-strain foils are presented.
