摘要
运用热力学理论提出了微区成分扰动生核处理的新构想 ,并以轴承钢和 Q2 35钢为实验材料 ,采用同时浇注分流充型的实验方法对其进行了实验验证。研究结果表明 ,在钢液中造成一定方向和程度的成分起伏 ,可以促进钢液生核 ,从而增加铸坯中等轴晶数量。
Based on thermodynamics, a new concept for promotion of nucleation by composition disturbance in micro-area was brought forward. This new concept was proved by experiments, which were specially designed to keep the pouring temperature, cooling rate under same conditions. The bearing steel and Q235 were used as experiment materials. The experiment results show that special constituent fluctuation in certain direction and with enough strength in liquid metal can promote nucleation in liquid metal and increase the quantity of equiaxed grains in billets.
