摘要
三峡移民资金管理及使用中存在着许多违纪违法情况,我们应用刑法来调整其挪用移民资金行为,解决并查办挪用特定款物案件中的几个问题。
There are many cases of breaking the law and violating the discipline in the use and management of the Three Gorges emigrant funds. We should take advantage of the Criminal Law to regulate and adjust the misappropriation of emigrant funds and solve some urgent problems in the cases of the misappropriation of particular money and objects.
