摘要
作者对市场经济条件下医务道德现状作了调查研究。调查采用双盲问卷的方法,直面医患双方,随机抽样调查对医院服务的总体评价、引起病人不满的主要原因、病人就医时最反感的现象以及如何改善医患关系,争取医德医风好转等。调查设计考虑了医患双方对相同问题回答的比较,对调查结果进行了统计分析,希望该调查有助于针对市场经济条件下医患关系现状,进行医德规范和加强医德建设。
This survey is a basic research on med ical ethics under the condition of th e market -oriented economy,which wa s conducted through issuing question naires to randomly chosen medical staff and patients on the overall evalu ation of the hospital service,the major factors contributing to th e patients' complaints,the most disgusting malpractice in hospitals and the best wa ys to improve the relations between medical personnel and the patients.A comparative stu dy and a statistic analysis were made about the results of the survey which is of great significance in promoting the construction of me dical ethics in the actual condition s of the market economy.
