摘要
本文提出用多目标规划方法来解决供用电网电压管理问题,针对用户对电压质量有不同要求,甚至是矛盾的约束条件,用优先等级来处理各种多重目标,以获得电力网电压质量的最优解或满意解,根据屏幕图形显示的电网运行状态能使运行人员及时对电压进行管理。
This paper presents a multi-objective-programming method to solve the voltage management of the distribution network to satisfy different, even contradictory, voltage levels required by different consumers and different objectives are put forward, according to priority, to get the optimal or suboptimal solution. From the operating state of the network displayed on the CRT, the operators can change the voltages in time to keep it within the required levels.
