摘要
以RockwellRSView32工控组态软件在白银铝厂氧化铝贮运生产过程集散控制系统中的应用为例 ,重点介绍了工控组态软件RSView32的功能及有关应用软件。该系统上位机为研华IPC工业控制机 ;下位机为AB公司的PLC - 5 ,简单介绍了软、硬件系统配置 ,给出了DCS的网络拓扑结构图。实际应用表明 ,系统设计合理 ,软件运行可靠 ,很好地满足了生产工艺的要求 ,取得了一定效益。
With the application of Rockwell RSView32 industrial control configuration software in distributrd control system of aluminum oxide storage and transportation production process in Baiyin Aluminum plant as exammple, the functions of RSView32 and relevant application software are emphasized. The system is composed of PLC-5 from AB and Advantech IPC as the host computer. The system configuration of software and hardware is presented briefiy and the network topologic structure of the DCS is given. The practical application shows that the design of the system is reasonable, software operation is reliable, the requirement of the production technique has been satisfied and certain effectiveness is obtained.
