摘要
讨论了改善传感器特性的一般方法 ,针对传感器的静态特性和动态特性提出了用软件处理方法改善其特性的设计方法 ,并以灰法传感器的非线性和动态特性补偿为例进行了验证。理论和实验研究表明该方法具有一定的实用价值 ,特别适用于利用单片机进行开发的智能传感器。
The commonly used methods for improving the characteristics of transducers are discussed. In accordance with the static and dynamic characteristics of transducers the software processing method for the same purpose is stated and the design method is given. With the compensations on non linear and dynamic characteristics of dust transducer as example, this method has been proven.The theoretical and experimental studies show that this method is practical and feasible, especially the method is suitable for intelligent transducers developed with single chip computer.
