Study on the Combustion Property of the Foamed Caseless Ammunition

摘要 目的 研究发泡工艺条件对无壳弹发射药燃烧性能的影响 .方法采用密闭爆发器实验 ,测试各发泡工艺下发射药的 p -t曲线和点火性能 ,并分析曲线特征 .结果 发现不同发泡工艺的发射药药柱燃烧的压力陡度 (dp/dt)和点火性能发生变化 . Aim\ To study the effect of the foaming technology to the combustion properties of the caseless ammunition. Methods\ The \%p-t\% curves of the caseless ammunition of the different foaming technology had been measured by the closed bomb test and analysed. Results\ It is found that the foaming technology affected the relative quickness(d\%p\%/d\%t\%)and ignition property. Conclusion\ The study proved that the foaming was an effective way to improve the combustion properties of the caseless ammunition.
