摘要
以对硝基苯胺 (A)为原料 ,在盐酸 (B)介质中与次氯酸钠 (C)反应 [n(A)∶n(B)∶n(C) =1∶3∶1]合成邻氯对硝基苯胺。首先在 - 2~ 2℃下 ,缓慢滴加次氯酸钠 1.5h ,然后在 5℃以下保温反应 6~ 7h ,反应可达终点。邻氯对硝基苯胺的收率达 95 %以上 ,纯度 98%。
With p -nitroaniline(A) as raw material,2-chloro-4-nitroaniline is prepared by chloridization of nitroaniline with sodium hypochlorite(C) in the solution of hydrochloric acid(B)[ n (A)∶ n (B)∶ n (C)=1∶3∶1].C is added slowly into the reaction solution with stirring within 1.5h at -2~2℃;reaction is continued 6~7h below 5℃,the yield of 2-chloro-4-nitroaniline is more than 95%,its purity is over 98%.
