摘要
本文在考虑了物业管理市场的价格机制还不完善的基础上 ,并基于纳什均衡的思想 ,根据当前的国家的情形 ,提出了物业管理行业招投标中业主招标方式模型 ,本文引入了价格市场化程度参数的概念 ,针对不同的市场化程度建立相应的模型。
On the basis of the idea of Nash equilibrium, considering that the property management market is not perfect and the present situation of our country, the paper provide a model of the way of bid invitation in property management field. The paper also leads into the concept of the price being marked degree and constructs the appropriate models.
