摘要
目的 研究黄连素对心衰心脏的能量保存作用。方法 采用 L angendorff逆行灌流大鼠离体完整心脏的方法以维那帕米建立心衰模型 ,比较心衰和用黄连素以后再心衰心肌的高能磷酸化合物含量的变化。结果 黄连素在一定程度上能使心衰发生时心肌的高能磷酸化合物贮存量增加。结论 黄连素对心衰具有能量保存作用。
Objective To explore the effect of energy preservation of berberine on failure heart. Methods Verapamil was used to establish the heart failure model. The concentrations of high energy phosphate in the myocardium between the failure hearts with and without pre-treatment of berberine were compared. Results Berbering increased the concentration of high energy phosphate in the failure heart. Conclusion Berberine has the effect of energy preservation on heart failure.
