远程教育资源的描述、组织和管理系统是远程教育工程的核心 ,其中教育资源描述系统提出了教育资源的制定标准 ,这直接影响到资源库的质量 ,以及资源库的分布式管理与利用 ;教育资源组织系统主要实现基于知识点的资源组织构建功能 ,提供交互式的报文信息交换平台 ,能够实现异构应用系统以标准的信息格式在不同的教育资源库之间进行资源交流和通信 ;
The description?organization and management system for distance education resource is core of the distance education project. The part of description puts forward a standard of the establishment for distance education resource. It influences the quality, the distributed management and the utilizing of the resource database. The part of organization provides a constructed function which is based on the knowledge keys and the face to face platform which can implement the resource intercommunion and communication of the resource database with the different information format. The part of management implements distributed management and resource databases dispatched management that are established according to the local standard.
