Human Serum Albumin(HSA) has the wide range of application for the blood plasma capacity extension dissolvent, and is one of the hot point of current research. This paper summarized the advances of its construction, function and expression present condition. Now the key problem that study the recombinant HSA is the higher expression of rHSA by genetic engineering.
