摘要
本文阐述了我国“十五”期间农业可持续发展将在人口、农民收入、农业产业化、农业科技进步、农业发展等五个方面面临的矛盾和挑战。作者认为 ,要解决这些矛盾 ,必须在控制耕地总量、发展农业科技、改革土地制度、坚持“以人为本”发展农业。
This paper elaborated the point of view that the agriculture sustainable development would be faced with contradiction and challenge such as population,peasants incomes,agriculture industrialism,agriculture science and technology advancement,agriculture development in the period of the fifteenth plan.It suggested that it was necessary to take measures to resolve this problems by controlling farmland total amount,developing agriculture science and technology,reforming territory systems,with persisting in 'the human,the first' thought developing agricultrue,developing ecological agriculture.
