摘要
以 G1 1为对照 ,通过电导率极值、束缚水 /自由水之比、脯氨酸、丙二醛等生理生化指标对来自台湾、美国、日本以及广西自育的 7个甘蔗新品种进行抗旱性和抗寒性比较研究 ,结果表明 :T2 0和 T2 2抗旱性最强 ,T2 3、 T1 6、 G1 7、 G1 1抗旱性中等 ,CP80 /1 82 7、 NL8抗旱性最弱 ;G1 7、 T1 6、 T2 0及对照种 G1 1抗寒性较强 ,T2 2抗寒性中等 。
Certified by conductivity maximum, ratio of bound water to free water, proline content and MDA content,drought resistance and frost resistance of several new sugarcane varieties from TaiWan(TW),America,Japan and Guangxi(GX)were compared,and GX11 was taken as the control variety .The results were as follows.TW20 and TW22 were high resistant to drought,TW23,TW16,GX17 and GX11 were medium, CP80/1827(American) and NL8(Japanese) were low .GX17,TW16,TW20 and control variety GX11 were high resistant to frost,TW22 was medium,and others were low.
