摘要
茶小叶刺瘿螨 Phyllocoptacuscamelliae Kuang &Lin sp.nov.属于瘿螨科 Eriophyidae,叶刺瘿螨亚科 Phyllocoptinae,顶背瘿螨族 Tegonotini。寄主为茶叶 Camellia sinensis。
In this paper we describe a new species Phyllocoptacus camelliae Kuang & Lin sp. nov. The specimens are deposited in the Department of Plant Protection, Nanjing Agricultural University. All Measurements are microns. This new species ressmhles Phyllocoptacus barringtoniae Mohanasundaram 1984, but can be differentiated by the new species with submedian line on shield, coxae with stripes design and female genital coverflap smooth. Holotype ♀, paratypes 35 ♀♀. Cangnan County and Daqing County, Zhejing Province. July 2001 by Lin Jianzhen, Wen zhengjum and Wu haiyun. Host: Camellia sinensis Kuntze. Relation to host: The mites are leaf vagrants on the under surface of the leaves, they cause apparent damage to the host plants.
