摘要
目的 :探讨恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子 (TSGF)在肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法 :采用TSGF试剂盒对临床诊断为恶性肿瘤的患者60例 ,炎症患者60例 ,健康人30例进行了检测。结果 :恶性肿瘤平均阳性检出率为75 0% ,与炎症组及正常对照组比较差异有显著意义P<0 01。结论 :TSGF检测对恶性肿瘤的早期诊断具有广谱性和敏感性 。
Objective:To study the applied value of tumor specific growth factor(TSGF) in diagnosis of tumor.Methods:Tumor specific growth factor was detected in 60 patients with malignant tumor and 60 patients with inflammation as well as 30 cases in the healthy people.Results:The positive rate of tumor specific growth factor was 75.0% in malignant tumor patients.The difference was significant when those was compared with the inflammation group and normal people group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Detection of tumor specific growth factor has sensitiveness in early diagnosis of malignant tumor.Which may be very important value in adjuvant diagnosis of malignant tumor.
