摘要
借鉴国外先进护理模式 ,研制适合我国医疗制度改革需要的护理健康教育工作模式 ,推行高质量、高效率工作方法 ,建立标准化护理健康教育工作程序、管理及评价体系、工作职责条文、记录表格等 ,并选择 5家省、市级医院作为主要试点对象 ,对全国 10个省、市、地区医院的 3 0 0 0名护理人员进行随机抽样调查。结果 :93 %省级医院和 84%市级医院护士对研制的护理健康教育模式满意 ,80 %地区级医院护士认为模式中的主要项目可以应用。结论
To use the advanced nursing model of oversea for reference, to study on the nursing health education working model which can suit the needs of medical system's reform in our country, to pursue a high quality and high efficacy work method,to set up standardized working procedure, system of management and evaluation, working obligation, and record forms etc.,5 hospitals of province or city level were selected as main testing units. Altogether 3 000 of nursing staffs from hospitals of 10 provinces, cities, or prefectures of the country were investigated randomly. Results showed that 93% of nurses from hospital of provincial level and 84 % of nurses from hospitals of city level felt satisfaction with the nursing health education model. 80% of nurses from hospitals of prefecture level thought some major items of the model might be used in their hospitals. Conclusion: the nursing health education model may carry out and extend in hospitals of different levels and communities.
